Terms of Service

1) Service Area

We currently serve Calgary, Alberta. Orders outside our area may be declined or quoted separately.

2) What We Do

Personal shopping and delivery for groceries, pharmacy pickups (with valid ID), small goods, and parcel pickup/drop‑off. We purchase items from stores you specify or reasonable equivalents if authorized.

4) Substitutions & Out‑of‑Stocks

We follow your preferences: “No substitutions”, “Contact me”, or “Best comparable”. If we cannot reach you, we default to your selected preference or skip the item.

5) ID & Age‑Restricted Items

Prescription pickup requires valid ID and pharmacy compliance. We do not purchase alcohol, tobacco, or other restricted items.

6) Delivery

Leave‑at‑door or handoff. Photo confirmation available on request. Please provide buzzer/apartment instructions. Risk of loss transfers on delivery to the address provided.

7) Fresh/Temperature‑Sensitive Goods

We use insulated bags when available, but cannot guarantee temperature control once items are delivered.

8) Returns & Issues

Store return policies apply to purchased goods; we can assist with returns as a separate service. If something is wrong with your delivery, contact us within 24 hours.

9) Cancellations

Orders cancelled after shopping begins may incur a fee to cover time and travel.

10) Liability

We act as your agent to purchase items from third‑party stores. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, store pricing, or product availability. Our liability is limited to the delivery fee paid.
